Yes, Pets are welcome at no additional charge, However, should an accident occurs due to car sickness, you will be responsible for detailing &/ or downtime of the vehicle (During Cleaning).
The industry standard gratuity for a chauffeur is 20%.
We do offer a courtesy 15mins which is subject to scheduling. Any stops should be mentioned during booking, as there is a charge for stops.
Guest is given a 40-minute grace period after their flight lands. Once the time expires after every 30 minutes the hourly charge of the vehicle is added. Please advise of any delays or changes to flight details via email.
Online reservations should be requested six (6) hours prior to your scheduled transportation to confirm availability. Scheduling by phone request requires a minimum of two (2) hours' notice.
The chauffeur arrives 15 minutes prior to your requested arrival time, & waits up to 20 minutes for Domestic flights, 35 minutes for international flights, and 20 minutes for Private FBOs.
Vehicle luggage space is designed to accommodate 1-5 pieces of luggage per person.

Cancellations 24hr prior to scheduled arrival to avoid penalty. NO SHOWS are charged for the one-way rate transfer. Cancellations must be done via email reservations@nassaulimousineservice.com
Yes, we do provide child seats & booster seats upon your request.
By law, children over the age of 6 yrs are required to ride properly buckled up in safety seat belts. Most children need a booster to fit properly in a safety belt until they are 6 to 12 years old.
